Summary: The bedsheets were dirty. I don’t think they were changed prior to ny check in because I noticed hair on the pillows. But the staff was quick to supply us with new clean bedsheets.

Summary: Had to turn the a/c off every morning so the room was stifling when I came back, and it took hours to get to a comfortable temp. The towels had bugs crushed into them.
